Biography
Originally from France, Charles has more than 10 years’ experience in Mechanical Design. Graduating university in Lorient, France with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Charles spent several years working on projects for France’s Department of National Defence before moving to County Cork, Ireland where he gained experience on a number of commercial, industrial and healthcare projects. In 2008 Charles made the decision to expand his career in Canada, where he has since obtained his Canadian citizenship. As a LEED Green Associate and passionate about sustainability, Charles has been involved on a number of LEED targeted and certified projects and regularly carries out design calculations and detailed energy modeling to evaluate and enhance the energy performance of a building’s mechanical systems.
