Biography
With over 22 years’ experience as a Consulting Engineer, Collin has developed expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, energy management and building regulation for commercial projects. He is a Professional Engineer and a Code Professional in British Columbia and is the Branch Manager for Williams Engineering’s Victoria Office. After 10 years as a consulting Engineer in Vancouver, he brings to the Williams team another eight years of international experience from professional work in Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom with focus on sustainable design, working with cutting edge technologies/methods and focus on quality, reduction of consumption and life cycle cost. In the last 5 years, his experience has been in the Canadian environment successfully leading a team of Mechanical and Electrical Professionals on healthcare, airport, industrial, municipal, recreational, higher education and commercial building and infrastructure projects.
