Jose Fernandez

Biography

Jose earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Guadalajara, Mexico in 1992. Prior to joining Williams Engineering, Jose had more than 10 years in commercial and residential construction projects as a field engineer and project coordinator in Mexico and Canada. Jose has led and assisted with various building science and restoration projects, including roof replacements, building envelope investigations and assessments, construction/restoration project management and coordination, field quality control, quality assurance and capital replacement fund audits.
