Leaha Maisonneuve

Biography

Leaha brings exceptional technical and investigative experience to our engineering team. She possesses a broad and detailed knowledge base in the building science of existing structures and new construction. She is also a certified Level I Thermographer, specializing in thermographic (infrared) scans of building envelopes both for moisture and air leakage issues. She is dedicated to her work, and efficiently manages her time to coordinate with clients and ensure accuracy in projects. Leaha works well independently with minimal direction required and is logical in the application of knowledge both within her own field and in conjunction with other disciplines. Her wide range of related experience including building envelope site inspection, evaluation and investigation, facility evaluations, reserve fund/life cycle studies, parkade concrete investigation, evaluation and restoration experience and stucco/EIF’s design allow her to excel in her role.
