Naseem Bashir

Biography

Naseem Bashir is the President and CEO of Williams Engineering Canada and Chairman of the Board for the Williams Group of Companies. In his role as President, Naseem develops strategy and executes on a well-developed business plan. Naseem oversees the Senior Leadership team which is made up of the Vice President Finance as well as the Regional Directors from Northern and Southern Alberta, and the British Columbia Regions. Human Resources, Marketing and IT report directly to Naseem as well. Outward facing community work is important to Naseem so he is an active member of WPO Alberta as well as a Director of the Edmonton International Airport and a Director of the Waste RE Solutions Edmonton. Naseem is an electrical engineer by profession and has been providing diligent support and project management services to clients for over 30 years in the Arctic, Alberta, other regions of Canada and on international projects in China and South America. Combining travelling with social responsibility, Naseem has worked on home building in Mexico and hopes to have travelled to 50 countries within the next few years.
