Biography
Raymond has over 25 years of professional engineering experience in the United Kingdom and joined Williams Engineering Canada as a Senior Structural Engineer. He brings extensive design experience with reinforced concrete, and steel and timber frame structures to the Williams team. He also has significant experience in undertaking building condition reviews, inspections, assessments and structural renovations in the various structural materials. Raymond volunteers as a Scout Trooper for a scouts group in Edmonton with Canada Scouts, and is involved in several committee groups. He enjoys sharing the Scouts values and his love of nature with his two sons. He is a big fan of Formula 1 Grand Prix racing and takes a keen interest in the automobiles and computers, but also enjoys hiking.
