Biography
Mr. Roger Hacala served as Senior Vice President and Financial Institutions Practice Leader at Willis Canada, Inc. since October 2014. Mr. Hacala served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Risk at Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company. Previously, Mr. Hacala worked for 2 years as Director of Executive Risk with a multinational brokerage firm. Prior to joining the commercial insurance brokerage and risk consulting profession, he held a management position in a multinational insurance company in their Financial and Professional Services division. He has 12 years of underwriting experience including the development, management and servicing of financial institution and commercial clients both domestically and internationally.
