Biography
Paul Ivanoff is a Partner with the law firm Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. His practice involves the litigation, arbitration and mediation of disputes arising out of construction and infrastructure projects. He also provides contract administration advice during the course of completion of projects. Paul’s practice covers all aspects of construction law. Paul received his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick Law School and a B.A. (Honours) from York University. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993. A Past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Construction Law Section, he is also an Instructor at Ryerson University (Engineering Law Course), he is listed in both The Best Lawyers in Canada and The Canadian Legal expert Directory in the field of Construction Law, and he is certified as a Specialist in Construction Law by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
