Biography
Philip Lam is the Administration and Membership Officer at the WorldGBC. In this role he supports WorldGBC’s operations and membership in key areas such as developing, implementing and maintaining internal policy procedures, overseeing the application process for member Green Building Councils at every level, coordinating review processes, and cultivating and developing membership engagement. Before joining WorldGBC, Philip worked for several large international organisations including the Hong Kong Government, the NHS, and fashion designer Ralph Lauren. He has experience in business development, corporate governance, and has also worked in PR at both a consumer and government level. Philip is also a professional chef and is a freelance teacher at a cookery school in London. He is fluent in Cantonese and Hakka Chinese, and is currently studying Mandarin. Philip is based in London, UK.
