Biography

Craig Reynolds in an independent director. Since 2010, Craig has held the position of CEO of Cereve Inc. Previously, he had been an officer and director of Respironics after the completion of the merger between Respironics and Healthdyne Technologies in 1998. Prior to joining Respironics, Craig held many positions at Healthdyne Technologies including President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his association with Healthdyne, he was employed by Puritan-Bennett Corporation and Procter & Gamble. A native of New York, Craig earned a Bachelor in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University.
