Gerald Cole

Biography

Gerald has a background in mechanical engineering and biomechanics.  He spent much of his career working with marketing, R&D and testing groups for sports equipment companies, including Nike, Adidas, TaylorMade Golf and OwnThePodium Canada.  Towards the end of this tenure, Dr. Cole applied his business acumen to assist in the startup of both Biovantage, a seed funder and incubator for medical technologies, and Zymetrix, a contract research organization. As Technology Innovation Director at Biovantage, Gerald assisted start-up companies in strategic business planning and project management.
