Biography
Mrs. Susanne Palmer joined UCCI in 2013 as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Studies. She has been an educator at the tertiary level for the past 22 years and was previously employed as the Senior Business Studies Lecturer at Innovative Management and Professional Training where she also designed and presented seminars and workshops in areas such as Management, Leadership and Human Resource Management. She brings great passion to her job of equipping her students with the skills that are necessary for success in the world of work. She holds a B.Ed. in Business Studies from the University of Technology and a MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She has also been certified as a Business Professional and Master Executive through the International Business Training Association, based in Florida. Mrs. Palmer worked as a Business Lecturer in Jamaica and the Bahamas prior to coming to the Cayman Islands. Her education and experience have enabled her to use different approaches to successfully meet the needs of her diverse student population.
