Wang Guangji

Biography

Mr. Wang Guangji was born in April 1953, Chinese, without permanent overseas residency. He is a member of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and former vice president of China Pharmaceutical University. Now he is the director of Jiangsu Provincial Key Pharmacokinetics Laboratory, and the director of Key Pharmacokinetics Laboratory for Compound TCM in State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Wang also acts as Chairman of the Applied Pharmacology Professional Committee of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Industry Professional Committee of Chinese Pharmacological Society, Executive Director of the Pharmacokinetics Professional Committee of IUPHAR-International Union of Pharmacology, and Chairman of the Jiangsu Province Pharmacological Society. He won twice of the second prize of National Award for Science and Technology Progress; three times of the first prize of Provincial Award for Science and Technology Progress; also won the prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation in 2012. Mr. Wang acts as the independent director of Kelun Pharmaceutical since May 2014.Now, he concurrently acts as the independent director of Jiangsu Kanion Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Nhwa Pharmaceutical Corporation, and North China Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as well as director of Sichuan Greentech Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
