Biography
Dr. Luis Rafael Moscote-Salazar earned his MD in Universidad Libre de Barranquilla, Colombia and a degree in neurosurgery from Universidad de Cartagena at Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. He Spent one year at the Cajal Institute in Madrid, Spain as fellow research. (2001). He is the author of the several books in spanish, Neuroemergencias (2012), Neurocirugia practica (2012), Fluidoterapia en Neurotrauma (2015), Trauma craneoencefalico (2015) and is a member of RED LATINO. Latin American Trauma & Intensive Neuro-Care Organization and Colombian association of Neurosurgery.
