Ibañez Rodrigo Alfaro is an Assistant Professor in Department of Agronomy and Forestry Engineering. Miguel Gomez earned his Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology, from University College Cork, Ireland. School of Food and Nutritional Sciences. 2016 and Master's Degree in Agricultural Sciences with mention in Agroindustrial Production, University of Chile. 2010, Agricultural Engineer, University of Chile. 2010. Ibañez Rodrigo Alfaro research interests are Quality cheeses , science and technology of milk , milk protein.
