Pu Tianruo

Biography

Mr. PU Tianruo (濮天若) was appointed as our independent non-executive Director on May 23, 2015 with such appointment taking effect on June 1, 2015. He is responsible for participating in decision-making and advising on issues relating to our Company’s significant events and corporate governance. Previously, he served as our independent Director, audit committee chair, special committee chair and compensation committee member from September 1, 2012 to May 29, 2013. Mr. Pu has had substantial experience in corporate finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in the technology sector. Mr. Pu obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English from China Foreign Affairs University (外交學院) in July 1991, a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, College of Business Administration in May 1996 and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in June 2000.
