Biography
Alaleh Nouri has served as Accuray Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since August 2014. In this role she is responsible for all functions of the legal department including corporate governance, board relations, compliance programs, litigation management and contract negotiations. Ms. Nouri joined Accuray in December 2010 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and assumed the role of Interim General Counsel in February 2014.
