Biography
Mr. F.C. Tseng has been serving as Independent Director in ACER INCORPORATED since June 15, 2011. He also serves as Chairman of the Board in TSMC China Company Ltd. and Global Unichip Corp., as well as Vice Chairman of the Board in Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited and Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan
