Biography
David Coorey joined Agena Bioscience in July 2016, bringing with him over 20 years’ management experience in the medical device, genomics and diagnostic industries. David most recently was Business Unit Director for the Diagnostic Systems division of Becton Dickinson where he was responsible for leading North West Europe into a period of 17% growth. Prior to this, David was Vice President EMEA for Affymetrix where he was responsible for returning the division to growth, integrating the newly acquired Ebioscience business, and winning the biggest single deal in Genomics, the U.K. Biobank. Previously, David created and ran his own successful strategic consultancy serving a variety of global healthcare clients as well as sitting as Non Executive Director of a major public hospital in the UK. David has also held senior management positions in Gambro Healthcare and Fresenius Kabi. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sydney University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Napier University, Edinburgh.
