Huang Qingfeng, born in 1963, Ph.D., Professor, Master Tutor, Forestry and Landscape Architecture College, Anhui Agriculture University; Director of Forest Management Branch Society, Chinese Society of Forestry; Director of Anhui Society of Forestry. Director of Research Institute of Forest Inventory and Plan, Anhui Agriculture University.
