Biography
Professor Zhang’s research interests mainly lie in lactic acid bacteria and food biopersevation. Professor Zhang has published in scientific journals such as J. of Biol. Chem and Food control. Professor Zhang has been selected as a visiting scholar to the Centre National de la Recherché Scientifique in France to conduct her research on the translocation of protein in E.coli. Professor Zhang has led many international, national and provincial research projects and made great achievements in her field. Professor Zhang has been granted many important research and teaching awards for her distinguish contributions.
