Dr. Zhengzhu Zhang is currently working as a Dean in the Department of School of Tea and Food Science. His research interests includes Tea Biochemistry & Biotechnology, Biosynthesis of Caffeine, Secondary Metabolism of Tea Plant. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Zhengzhu Zhang is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Tea Biochemistry & Biotechnology, Biosynthesis of Caffeine, Secondary Metabolism of Tea Plant.
