Zhou Ming，male，professor，tutor of Master，the academic committee member of animal science and technology college，head of animal nutrition and feed subject，manager or assistant of more than 10 scientific and technical projects of the national and Anhui province，has published more than 100 academic papers or works，wined the second –class science award and two of the third–class science awards and the third–class teaching award of Anhui province，wined two of the first–class book awards and the second book award of the east China，wined respectively the first，second and third - class academic paper award of China feed additive committee，wined the second–class academic paper award of Anhui province animal science and veterinary association，holds the post of vice president of Anhui province feed industry technical alliance，holds the post of specialist of Anhui province meat cattle industry technical system and the post of director of animal nutrition research office．
