Biography
December 1974 was born in Anhui Ma On Shan, Han nationality, party members. In December 2004 , he graduated from Boston 's Northeastern University Department of Physics with a Master's degree in Physics. From September 2005 to May 2007 , he studied at the University of Massachusetts Lowell Radiological Science in Massachusetts , where he received a master's degree in science from September 2005 to 12.2.2 studied at the University of Massachusetts Lowell Physics.
