Biography
Tang Shengdao, male, born March 15 , 1963 , Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China. In 1985 July graduated from Anhui Normal University math degree, received a Bachelor of Science degree; He graduated from Southeast University with a master's degree in probability statistics in March 1993. He graduated from Southeast University with a degree in instrumentation and measurement from the Civil Engineering Institute in 2004 .
