Biography
In 2004 and 2007 graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in microelectronics and solid electronics, received a master's degree in engineering and doctorate in engineering. 2007 as the introduction of talent into the Hunan University School of physics and microelectronics science work, with the end of the year into the Hunan University electrical engineering postdoctoral work station, in August 2010 transferred to the Anhui University of Technology School of Electrical and Information Engineering , July 2013 to2014 July by the National Scholarship Fund to the United States Auburn University to do all the scholars to visit a year. As a major researcher involved in the National Natural Science Foundation, including a number of key projects, including a number of topics, presided over a Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation project, a National Natural Science Foundation project. As the first author has published in the " Plasma Science and Technology ", " Chinese Physics B ", "Journal of electrical technology" and other publications published dozens of SCIand EI papers.
