r Wee was appointed to the Board on 2 January 2014 and last re-elected as a Director on 28 April 2017. He has more than 39 years of corporate banking experience. He was Managing Director & Head of Corporate Banking Singapore with United Overseas Bank Ltd until his retirement in June 2013. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President & Head of Corporate Banking with Overseas Union Bank Ltd, and Head Credit & Marketing with First National Bank of Chicago (Singapore). He is presently a Director of several companies, including Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. Mr Wee holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University, USA and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the University of Singapore. Age 69.
