Biography

Kin-Wah Chow is an executive at Rouse & Co. International LLP based in Jakarta. Previously, he worked in Singapore, China and Hong Kong advising on IP related issues and transactions. He began his IP career in Singapore where he acted for several high profile companies, including a European airliner in a patent infringement case, business software houses against pirates and end-user misuse, technology companies in royalty dispute/collection and apparel companies in trade mark disputes. Kin-Wha is listed by the independent review WTR 1000 list for Indonesia with the following comment: “He is lovely to deal with and provides practical guidance promptly and efficiently.” He speaks English, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesian, and in 2012 received the ILO Client Choice Individual Award. Kin-Wah joined the Helpdesk network in April 2013.
