Fabiosa, Jose Maria Clint B

Biography

Mr. Fabiosa received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines College in Cebu and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines. He is currently a partner in a firm in the Philippines where he practices intellectual property law litigation (trade mark opposition and cancellation, patent cancellation, infringement and unfair competition cases). In his current law firm, he spearheaded search and seizure proceedings for clients such as Epson, Chanel, Dedon, and ALPK2. He writes a weekly intellectual property column in a local newspaper in Cebu and he regularly lectures in intellectual property law for the Integrated Bar of the Philippines’ Mandatory Continuing Legal Education program. Clint joined the Helpdesk network in December 2013.
