Biography
Dr. Wu is responsible for Technical Marketing at APM and has over 20 years of experience in microfabrication technology, MEMS design & device development. Prior to joining APM, Dr. Wu has served as technical & business development roles in various MEMS development companies in the US. Most recently, Dr. Wu is responsible for technical oversight and success of the development of infrared sensor arrays. Dr. Wu received his MS and PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. He holds several US patents and has authored over 20 journal & conference papers.
