Biography
Mr. Jao has over 20 years of experiences in semiconductor and MEMS industry. He joined APM in 2001 to set up the automated MEMS facility, and was managing the process integration team for the development of MEMS production technology. He has been in charged of Foundry Service Division and MEMS manufacturing since 2007. Mr. Jao holds a Master degree in electrical engineering from the National Taiwan University in Taiwan.
