Lei Sun

Biography

 Prior to joining AutekBio, Dr. Sun has more than ten years of experience in development of therapeutic biologics and their production. He has also successfully led international teams in drug discovery research and the manufacture of therapeutic proteins. Dr. Sun held various positions at Shire Pharmaceutical, UCB Pharma and DSM. In Percivia, a joint venture of DSM and Crucell, he setup its cell line generation department and led the upstream process development, as well as quality assurance system. Dr. Sun obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Minnesota and had his postdoctoral training at the Harvard Medical School, prior to be appointed as an assistant professor in the University of Minnesota.
