Mr. Chai Woon Chew, Malaysian, aged 59, is a lawyer and was appointed to the Board in year 2012 as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Bank. He holds a Bachelor Of Law (Hons) degree from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom, Bachelor Of Science (Hons) degree in Chemistry from University Of Surrey, United Kingdom. He was called to the bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law at Lincoln’s Inn London, United Kingdom. He was admitted to the Higher Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor.
