Mr. Li is the founder of our Group and joined Pioneer Pharma Shareholding Company Limited (“Pioneer Pharma”), our initial corporate entity, in July 1996 as its general manager and chairman, responsible for managing the operations and planning and formulating our Group’s strategies. Mr. Li has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services industry.
