Biography
Dr. Li obtained his Ph.D. degree in medicinal chemistry from East China University. Prior to joining our company, Dr. Li was an associate professor at the Xi’an Institute of Modern Chemistry and Vice President of Xi’an Chemi Corporation Ltd, a Sino-Japanese joint venture. Dr. Li specializes in the design, synthesis, and scale-up of small molecule therapeutics and pesticides. Dr. Li joined Chipscreen Biosciences as a founding scientist since the inception in 2001 and has been instrumental in building our chemistry capacity, formulation, and quality control program. He has published over 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals and has over 20 co-inventorship patent applications in the United States, PCT and China.
