Research Interest

1. Biodiversity and endangered species conservation: including investigation and management of wildlife and their habitat, protection technology and survey methods for rare and endangered species, collection and preparation of animal and plant specimens, etc. 2. Nature reserve construction and management: including scientific research, planning and design, management and evaluation, etc. of national parks, nature reserves, forest park, wetland park, scenic spots and so on. 3. Conservation planning theory and methods: mainly by using spatial analysis software (3S technology, etc.), planning software (C - Plan, Maxent, etc.) and design software (3D - Max, CAD, Photoshop, etc.) for biodiversity conservation planning and design, and applied to tnatural protected area planning and design. 4. Economic assessment and GIS information system development: mainly on the basis of investigation and research, establishing monitoring and evaluation systems for nature and cultural heritage, and establishing digital nature reserve information management systems, to improve the effectiveness ofprotected area management, and provide scientific basis for government making policy.
