Biography
Qingzhang Du is an Associate Professor of Department of Forestry Genetics and Tree Breeding, College of Biological Sciences and Technology, Beijing Forestry University, P. R. China. Also, as a Youth Scientist, he work in Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Tree Breeding by Molecular Design, Beijing Forestry University, China. He completed his B.S. degree in Department of Forestry, Shandong Agriculture University in 2008, after which he received his Ph.D. degrees in Department of Forestry Genetics and Tree Breeding, Beijing Forestry University, in 2014. Since 2010, he have published over 50 research papers in the SCI journals, such as New Phytologist, DNA Resrarch and Heredity. Dr. Du current research projects are focusing on Population Genomics, QTL & GWAS mapping, and Molecular-Assisted Selection breeding.
