Biography
Ying Shi is working and performing all researches currently with Beijing Forestry University on related studies of Biological and Forestry. One of author's most cited work recently is entitled Study of free and glycosidically bound volatile compounds in air-dried raisins from three seedless grape varieties using HS-SPME with GC-MS. and we hope to see many more researches very soon with further publications.
