Yu-Ming Shen is working and performing all researches currently with Beijing Institute of Technology on related studies of Engineering and Technology. One of author's most cited work recently is entitled Effects of Co-Worker and Supervisor Support on Job Stress and Presenteeism in an Aging Workforce: A Structural Equation Modelling Approach. and we hope to see many more researches very soon with further publications.
