Niu Xiaohui

Biography

 The titles of Prof. Niu include the president elected of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association Sarcoma Group, The president of the Osteosarcoma Committee of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO), The Vice President of Chinese Medical Association Orthopaedic Division Bone Tumor Group, The President of Bone Tumor &Infection &Tuberculosis group of Beijing Medical Association, Board Member of the International Society of Limb Salvage (ISOLS), Board Member of APMSTS, Member of New York Academy of Science, The Past Coordinator of Eastern Asian Musculoskeletal Oncology Group (EAMOG). He is in charge of many research topics supported by the Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and Capital Developing Foundation of Beijing etc. He has published more than 200 articles and more than 30 book chapters. He earned his medical degree at the Capital Medical University in 1986. After that he had been to France, Australia, Italy and USA as the visiting scholar or visiting professor. His specialty includes limb salvage treatment of malignant bone tumors and soft tissue sarcomas, surgical treatment of spinal and pelvic tumors, treatment of giant cell tumors of bone, treatment of metastatic tumors of bone, computer aided navigation surgery for bone tumors.
