Biography

Chen Kai (1960-), male, Han nationality, master of engineering, assistant professor, E-mail:ck4455@163.com.Research Area: Quality Management, Operation Management, Production (Service) Site Management.The Course: Quality Management, Operation Management, Introduction to Enterprise Management for undergraduate and graduated.Main Achievements in Scientific Research: In recent 5 years, I have completed more than 10 papers independently or co-authored, two of which are awarded as excellent papers by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), whose name are Discussion on the Thought and Method of Improving the Core Competitiveness of Certification Agencies and Research on Evaluation and Improvement of the Performance of Certification Agencies Based on AHP. I have been in charge of 3 horizontal issues and participated in drawing Service Specification for Technology Transfer（DB/T816-2011）, the latter is local standard of Beijing.From 1995, I have been in charge of or participated in on-site management auditing in many enterprises of many industries, such as household electrical appliances, plastic products, chemical industries, logistics etc. I have afforded management insulting and management training for over 50 enterprises, and I am the member of the expert group of Beijing Zhong Da Hua Yuan Certification Center.
