Biography
Dr. Junguang Gao is an associated professor at the school of business. She was born in 1974 at Heilongjiang province. She received her doctoral degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2008. At the same time, Dr. Gao entered into Business School, BTBU as a lecture. She entered into the management science and engineering postdoctoral station of BIT as a postdoctoral in Oct., 2008, and finished postdoctoral research in May, 2011. Main courses: (Chinese and English), for undergraduate and MBA., for undergraduate .Main research fields:Technological innovation, Retailing innovation, Strategic management.Main research projects:The effects mechanism of regulation in the process of forming technology standards, founded by Ministry of Education, No. 12YJC630049, 2012;The I-R-S model of financial development in the post financial crisis era, founded by BTBU, 2011.Main research achievements:More than 30 papers were published in Studies in science of science, Research and development management, etc. And one academic monograph was published.
