Biography
Hehui, female, born in 1973, associate professor, Ph.D in management, supervisor of graduate students. Leading lectures: human resource management, effective communication and personnel training &development. Major fields: Orientation for new employees and strategic human resource management. Academic exchange: From Feb. to Dec. in 2009, a visiting scholar at Gothernberg University, Switzerlan. From May. To Aug. in 2011, a visiting scholar at University Cork Colleges, Ireland. Academic achievements: More than 20 academic papers have been published till now, among which 7 in CSSCI journals. And to host one project from the National Social Science Fund of China from 2013 to 2016.
