He Mingke

Biography

Mr. He Mingke, Ph.D. ,Professor of Business School of Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU) of China, director of Department of Science and Techonolgy of BTBU, director of International Office, vice president of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP), vice president of China Society of Logistics (CSL), deputy director of Supervisory Committee for Higher Logistics Education of Ministry of Education of China, Chief Committee Member of APEC E-Commerce Business Alliance Expert Committee. He enjoys Government Special Allowance by the State Council of China. He is senior consultant in logistics and supply chain management for National Committee of Development and Reform of China, Ministry of transportation and Communication of China, Ministry of Commerce, Beijing Municipal Government and several non-government organizations. He received Hans Ovelgönne - Purchasing Research Award presented by IFPSM in 2011.
