He Yurun

Biography

He Yurun, female, native of Tianshui City, Gansu Province, Professor, dean of Accounting Department in Business School received her Doctor of Accounting from Renmin University of China. She was selected as one of the members of the first batch of “National Accounting Academic Leader (Reserved) Professional” of MOF. She mainly gives English lectures on Accounting Principal to experimental class of CPA and The Internal Control and Risk Management to students majoring in accounting. The Internal Control and Risk Management is also one of the core courses of MBA and MPAcc. Her major research interests lie in: Accounting Issues on Public Companies, Enterprise Tax Planning, Enterprise Internal Control, and Capital Gain Management of The State-owned Enterprises. She published more than 30 academic research papers in top-tier journals such as Management World, Accounting Research, and Taxation Research. She chaired or participated in the research projects granted from National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Social Science Foundation and etc. She published a monograph, entitled ‘The Transfer Pricing of Foreign-Funded Enterprises and Tax Regulation in China’ and coauthored book entitled ‘Internal Control and Risk Management’.
