Biography
Dr. KUAI Pengzhou is an associate professor of Business School, BTBU. His main research fields were on HRM in Service Business & Public HRM, and especially on HRBP, Population Aging, and Migration. Dr. Kuai had published about 20 academic papers in journals, such as Economic Theory and Business Management. Some of the papers have been reprinted by RDFY. He has presided over a number of researching programs supported by National Social Science Foundation and provincial government agencies, and published several monographs. His primary course for under-graduated students, MBA and IMBA includes Human Resource Management, Job Analysis, Frontier of Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior.
