Biography

Zhang Jide, male, born in Weifang,Shandong province, Doctoral qualifications, postdoctoral , associate professor title，master instructor, executive director of BTBU MBA center, Party secretary of finance department, national accounting talents (Academic) of Phase 3, China's top ten finally welcome business school masters. financial analyst and long-term commentator on security information channel of announcements inquiry program in China Central Television, senior member of Professional Committee of Accounting Society in China,  part-time professor and member of training committee of Chinese General Accountants Association , deputy director of expert committee of China enterprise financial management association, contracted expert of Kingdee International Software Group Co., Ltd,director of ministry of Strategy Committee of Ministry of Education, independent director of three listed companies. Zhang Jide, as the tutor of AIS，is committed to the research of internal control and accounting informatization and has published 93 papers in Managemental World, Accounting Research, Journal of Beijing Technology and Business University (social science edition), Friends of Accounting and sn. Monographs including Operating Essentials of New Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, Financial Risk Management of  Conglomerates, Implementation and Operation of Internal Control Norms for Enterprises, Implementation and Operation of Internal Control Guide for Enterprises, The construction, implementation and evaluation of Enterprise internal control system, Enterprise financial risk management have been published by Zhang Jide as well. Additionally, Zhang Jide has translated XBRL application in financial reporting for Ministry of Finance and was involved in writing textbooks of National 11th Five-Year Plan: Accounting Information System: to finance department, Accounting Information System: to integration of finance and business, Accounting Information System: to group enterprise.  Zhang Jide participated in an important project named  Influence of Modern Information Technology on the Mode of Accounting under Ministry of Finance. Zhang Jide also presided on some horizontal topics, such as Construction, Implementation and Evaluation of Internal Control System in China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction CO., LTD, Salary Design and Research on Accounting Issues in Fast Growing Companies, Internal Control Process, Management Process and Arrange Service Contract of China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction CO., LTD’, etc. Zhang Jide has a solid academic background in science and engineering, management and accounting. Zhang Jide has management experience in grass-roots work by working in large state-owned enterprise for ten years. Zhang Jide also has four-years experience acting as a senior executive of a private enterprise group in Beijing . Zhang Jide has successively explained accounting standards for business enterprises and accounting informationization, internal control for accountants in Central enterprises such as Sinopec, CASC, CHINA SHENHUA, state organs such as Ministry of State Security, National Audit Administration, Food and Drug Administration, Civil Aviation Administration of China, Ministry of Information Industry, General Administration of Sport of China, universities directly under the Ministry of Education such as Qinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Normal University, Beijing jiaotong University.
