Dr. Ding Ke is an associated professor of Processing and Storage of Agriculture Products. Ding Ke Education & Experience in Chemical engineering and technology Major, College of life science and technology of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, D.E, Bio-chemical engineering Major, College of life science and technology of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, M.E and Bio-chemical engineering Major, College of chemical engineering of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, B.E. Ding Research Interests include comprehensive utilization of agriculture products resources, focus on extraction and purification of functional factors from fruits and vegetables, Chinese medicine or microorganism and assessment of physiological function as well as research on a new bio-packaging materials and food safety detection technology. Accepting graduates with professional background of Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering or Food Science and Engineering.
