Dr. LI DE MEI is an Associated professor in Food Science & Technology College of Beijing University for Agriculture. LI DE MEI Education & Experience in North West Agriculture University, study and southwest Food& Agriculture research center, US, research, ENITA de Bordeaux, France, study and China Agriculture University, study. LI DE MEI mainly studying on Specific viticulture and winemaking technologies in China. Reducing harmful substance contain in wine(Ethyl carbonate, Biogenic Amine pesticide residual, ochrotoxin etc. Chinese wine consumer preference on wine. LI DE MEI research Interest includes viticulture & enology. Honoured with 2012“10 for 10 Wine Intelligence Business Awards” Made wine “JiaBeilan” won 2011DecanterWorldWineAward international Trophy “wine grape varieties” won “best academy text book”
