Dr. Lu Daxin is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Abbott and James Lawrence Research Professor of Engineering. Lu Daxin education & experience in Beijing Institute of Technology, undergraduate. The 5th mechanical Industry Department, 845-1 Institute, Assistant engineer. Northwestern Agricultural University, Lecturer. Hokkaido University, M.D & PhD. Shaanxi Normal University, Visiting scholar. McGill University, Visiting scholar. Nanjing Agricultural University, Professor and Beijing University of Agriculture, Professor. Lu Daxin research interest includes Agricultural products processing engineering and the safety control. Research is concentrated on agricultural products processing engineering and the quality control, mainly including: Physical treating to improve the processing quality of wheat; Agricultural processing engineering(cereal processing technology and the quality control; potato, sweet potato, chestnuts and jujube processing; Agricultural products drying and dehydrating. Lu Daxin Primary Teaching Areas are Undergraduate: Food nutrition, Food sensory evaluation, Cereal processing engineering and The appreciation of Chinese eight famous cooking systems.
